Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Estendio Ltd, registered in Scotland (Company No. SC468095), with its registered office at Office 1, Technology House, 9 Newton Place, Glasgow, G3 7PR.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway will run from Monday 10th November 2025 to Friday 12th December 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open exclusively to Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) professionals, including:

    • DSA Needs Assessors

    • Assistive Technology Trainers

    • Study Skills Tutors

    • University Disability Services staff

  • Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of Estendio Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entries that are incomplete, invalid, or in breach of these terms.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must attend a 1-to-1 session with Estendio’s UK Education Manager, Joe Dawber, during the Giveaway Period.

Additional entries can be earned by:

  • Attending a group session hosted by Estendio with other DSA publishers;

  • Visiting Estendio at an in-person event;

  • Connecting with Joe Dawber or by following the Estendio LinkedIn page;

  • Activating your Tailo and Present Pal demo licences;

  • Registering for the Estendio DSA Resource Hub.

Each qualifying activity counts as one additional entry. No purchase is necessary.

5. Prize

  • One winner will receive a £150 Marks & Spencer gift voucher.

  • Estendio Ltd will also make a £150 donation to a registered food bank charity of the winner’s choice.

  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be contacted by Estendio Ltd during the week commencing 15th December 2025 via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Estendio reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this giveaway will be processed in accordance with Estendio’s Privacy Policy and used only for the purpose of administering this promotion.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Estendio may publish their first name, organisation, and charity chosen when announcing the winner. No other personal details will be shared publicly without consent.

9. General

  • Estendio reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • These terms are governed by Scottish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
