Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Estendio Ltd, registered in Scotland (Company No. SC468095), with its registered office at Office 1, Technology House, 9 Newton Place, Glasgow, G3 7PR.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway will run from Tuesday 1st September 2026 to Saturday 31st October 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open exclusively to Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) professionals, including:

    • DSA Needs Assessors

    • Assistive Technology Trainers

    • Study Skills Tutors

    • University Disability Services staff

  • Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of Estendio Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entries that are incomplete, invalid, or in breach of these terms.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

  1. Attend a Tailo Disability webinar hosted by Estendio during the Giveaway Period; and

  2. Complete the CPD form sent to attendees following the webinar.

Both steps are required — attending the webinar alone does not constitute a valid entry. Completed CPD forms constitute entry into the giveaway. No purchase is necessary.

5. Prize

  • One winner will receive a £500 Amazon voucher.

  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be contacted by Estendio Ltd during the week commencing 2nd November 2026 via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Estendio reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this giveaway will be processed in accordance with Estendio's Privacy Policy and used only for the purpose of administering this promotion.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Estendio may publish their first name and organisation when announcing the winner. No other personal details will be shared publicly without consent.

9. General

  • Estendio reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • These terms are governed by Scottish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
