Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Present Pal (Estendio), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate. You must work in the DSA as an assessor, trainer, or university disability advisor to qualify for this giveaway.

Terms and Conditions

By entering and taking part in the Present Pal Mental Health Awareness Quiz giveaway, you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the giveaway period: Complete the Present Pal Mental Health Awareness Week Quiz (accessible via this hyperlink https://itdpqts15l9.typeform.com/to/ee5W4gTv) between 9am Monday 13th May 2024 and 4pm Friday 17th May 2024. To confirm your entry into the prize giveaway you must enter your name and email address in the form, as we need these details to contact the winner.

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway period will end on Friday 17th May 2024 at 4pm.

3. Prize: One winner will be selected to receive a £25 Amazon Voucher. For every entry to the giveaway, Present Pal (Estendio Ltd) will also donate £5 per entry to a charity of the winners choice. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the prize.

4. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing after Friday 17th May 2024. The winner will be notified via email or phone call. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Publicity: Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for Present Pal (Estendio) to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

6. General Conditions: Present Pal (Estendio) is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Present Pal (Estendio), which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

7. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of Scottish law. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this giveaway will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action.

8. Limitations of Liability: Present Pal (Estendio) assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway or in the announcement of the prize, (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, or (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this giveaway.

9. Sponsor: The sponsor of this giveaway is Present Pal (Estendio). Amazon and any charity chosen by the winner have no association with this prize. We are not responsible for any failures or cancellations by the other companies or brands as a result of this prize.
